Sintetik kau\u00e7uk istehsal\u0131 h\u0259min d\u00f6vrd\u0259 \u00e7ox g\u00fccl\u00fc strateji \u0259h\u0259miyy\u0259t da\u015f\u0131y\u0131rd\u0131. Sintetik kau\u00e7ukdan \u0259sas\u0259n \u015finl\u0259rin, konveyer lentl\u0259rinin v\u0259 m\u00fcxt\u0259lif rezin m\u0259mulatlar\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131nda vacib xammal kimi istifad\u0259 olunurdu.<br \/>\nYaln\u0131z Sumqay\u0131t\u0131n deyil, h\u0259min d\u00f6vrd\u0259 h\u0259tta Avropan\u0131n \u0259n iri neft-kimya m\u00fc\u0259ssis\u0259si hesab olunan Sumqay\u0131t Kimya kombinat\u0131n\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131na is\u0259 1958-ci ilin iyulunda ba\u015flan\u0131lm\u0131\u015fd\u0131. 1963-c\u00fc ild\u0259 orada qazay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 qur\u011fu, 1964-c\u00fc ild\u0259 benzinin katalitik riforminqi qur\u011fusu, 1967-ci ild\u0259 is\u0259 propilenin konsentrasiyas\u0131 qur\u011fusu i\u015f\u0259 sal\u0131nd\u0131. \u018fslind\u0259 bu kombinat neft, qaz istehsal\u0131ndan ba\u015flay\u0131b, sintetik lifl\u0259r, h\u0259tta paltarlara q\u0259d\u0259r istehsal etm\u0259liydi. T\u0259\u0259ss\u00fcf ki, Xru\u015f\u015fovun 7 illik plan\u0131 h\u0259yata ke\u00e7irilm\u0259di v\u0259 m\u00fc\u0259ssis\u0259 kombinat kimi l\u0259\u011fv edildi v\u0259 \u201c\u00dczvi sintez\u201d zavodu kimi f\u0259aliyy\u0259t g\u00f6st\u0259rm\u0259y\u0259 ba\u015flad\u0131.<br \/>\n\u00d6t\u0259n \u0259srin 70-ci ill\u0259rinin \u0259vv\u0259ll\u0259rind\u0259 \u0259halinin m\u0259i\u015f\u0259t t\u0259l\u0259bat\u0131n\u0131 maksimum \u00f6d\u0259m\u0259k \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn respublikada yeni kimya m\u00fc\u0259ssis\u0259l\u0259rinin tikintisin\u0259 ba\u015flan\u0131ld\u0131. Bel\u0259 m\u00fc\u0259ssis\u0259l\u0259rin ilki Sumqay\u0131t yuyucu vasit\u0259l\u0259r (sonralar \u00abM\u0259i\u015f\u0259t kimyas\u0131\u00bb adlan\u0131rd\u0131) zavodu idi.
