Babas\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131 Mahmut. \u00c7ocuklu\u011funun ilk 9 senesi burada ge\u00e7ti. 9 ya\u015f\u0131nda iken Bak\u00fc\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7t\u00fcler. 1942\u2019de T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesine kaydoldu, 2 ay sonra Filoloji fak\u00fcltesine ge\u00e7ti. 1947 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bak\u00fc Devlet \u00dcniv. Filoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc&#8217;nden mezun olup \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi olarak ders verdi.<br \/>\n1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda doktoras\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131. Doktora tezinin ad\u0131: Samet Vurgun\u2019un Hayat ve Yarad\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\n1980 y\u0131l\u0131nda Azerbaycan \u0130limler Akademisi \u00fcyeli\u011fine se\u00e7ildi.<br \/>\n1960&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llardan itibaren Azerbaycan T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn Kom\u00fcnist Ruslar\u0131n tasallutundan \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesi m\u00fccadelesine ba\u015flad\u0131.<br \/>\n\u0130ran ve Rusya taraf\u0131ndan ikiye b\u00f6l\u00fcnerek payla\u015f\u0131lan Azerbaycan topraklar\u0131n\u0131n ve Azerbaycan T\u00fcrklerinin birle\u015fmesi, b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele verdi. Mesela bu ba\u011flamda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 1959 tarihli &#8220;G\u00fclistan Poyemas\u0131&#8221; isimli \u015fiirinden dolay\u0131 1962 y\u0131l\u0131nda milliyet\u00e7ilik su\u00e7lamas\u0131yla 2 y\u0131ll\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00fcniversiteden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130ki y\u0131l boyunca onu takip ettiler. \u0130\u015ften uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 \u00e7ekti.<br \/>\nBu olaydan sonra daha ihtiyatl\u0131 olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu t\u00fcr bask\u0131lar b\u00fct\u00fcn SSCB&#8217;de oldu. Ama T\u00fcrk halklar\u0131na daha \u00e7ok bask\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bunun sebebi; T\u00fcrk halk\u00aclar\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131nda T\u00fcrki-ye&#8217;yi g\u00f6rmelerinden ileri gelmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye olan yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve dilimizin ortak olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 Azerbaycan\u2019a yap\u0131lan bask\u0131lar daha fazla olmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\nSovyetler d\u00f6neminde altm\u0131\u015f kadar \u015fiiri bas\u0131l\u00acmad\u0131. Sovyetler Birli\u011fi da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra onlar\u0131 ya-y\u0131nlatt\u0131. &#8220;Na\u011f\u0131l Hayat&#8221; adl\u0131 eserinde bu \u015fiirlerini &#8220;Sand\u0131ktan Sesler&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda yay\u0131mlatt\u0131.<br \/>\nKom\u00fcnist Ruslar\u0131n bask\u0131s\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bir \u00e7ok eserini ka\u00e7ak olarak yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yay\u0131nlatt\u0131.<br \/>\n1980-2000 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda 5 defa milletvekili se\u00e7ildi.<br \/>\n1995 y\u0131l\u0131nda Azerbaycan T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn h\u00fcrriyeti i\u00e7in verdi\u011fi destans\u0131 m\u00fccadelesinden dolay\u0131 kendisine \u0130stiklal ni\u015fan\u0131 verildi. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Kuzey Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n h\u00fcrriyetine kavu\u015fmas\u0131nda Vahapzade\u2019nin eme\u011fi \u00e7oktur. \u00dcniversiteden 2001 y\u0131l\u0131nda emekli oldu.<br \/>\n13 \u015eubat 2009 tarihinde Azerbaycan&#8217;\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Bak\u00fc&#8217;deki evinde vefat etti.<br \/>\nNaa\u015f\u0131 \u015fair, edebiyat\u00e7\u0131, bilim ve siyaset adamlar\u0131n\u0131n mezarlar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu Fahri H\u0131yaban&#8217;da defnedildi.<br \/>\nTuran\u2019\u0131n Ayd\u0131n \u015eairi:<br \/>\nVahabzade Azerbaycan&#8217;\u0131n en \u00f6nemli Halk \u015eairleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131r.<br \/>\nTuran d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n, b\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrkl\u00fck \u00e2leminin g\u00fcmb\u00fcrdeyen, g\u00fcr\u00fcldeyen, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ldayan, hayk\u0131ran, \u00f6fkelenen co\u015fkun \u015fairi, da\u011f duru\u015flu adam, bozkurt bak\u0131\u015fl\u0131 dev aksakal, bir hayat\u0131n nas\u0131l ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Allah\u2019\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u2019e verdi\u011fi hayat nimetinin nas\u0131l k\u0131ymetlendirilerek verimli, dolu dolu ya\u015fanabilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015f \u00f6rnek insand\u0131r.<br \/>\nRuh, kalp, fikir beraberli\u011fimiz devam ediyor. Onun \u015fiirlerini okuyarak, m\u00fccadelesinin izini s\u00fcrerek, kararl\u0131l\u0131k, azim, sebat, irade n\u00fcmunesi ki\u015fili\u011fini \u00f6rnek alarak onunla olan g\u00f6n\u00fcl beraberli\u011fimizi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fiz.<br \/>\nO bahtiyar adam, o da\u011f duru\u015flu yi\u011fit, bir ulu \u00e7\u0131nar gibi kom\u00fcnist kas\u0131rgalara, uzun s\u0131n\u0131r boylar\u0131na, kalle\u015f ve hain i\u00e7 \u015febeleklere, T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn ensesinde kene gibi duran ki\u015filiksiz ayak ba\u011flar\u0131na ald\u0131rmadan b\u00fcy\u00fck ve kutlu bir davay\u0131 omuzlayacak kadar dev bir duru\u015f sergiledi.<br \/>\nSa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 da\u011f r\u00fczg\u00e2rlar\u0131n\u0131n tarad\u0131\u011f\u0131 o \u00e7elik bak\u0131\u015fl\u0131 adam, ulu T\u00fcrk birli\u011fi davas\u0131n\u0131n kara sevdal\u0131 hamal\u0131yd\u0131. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n her taraf\u0131na \u00f6bek \u00f6bek yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Turan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6ks\u00fcz evlatlar\u0131n\u0131 derleyip toparlama derdinde \u015fefkatli bir ata idi.<br \/>\nD\u00fcnyay\u0131 parsellemi\u015f Rus ve Amerikan emperyalizminin pen\u00e7esinde k\u0131vranan Turan\u2019\u0131n mazlum boylar\u0131n\u0131 birle\u015ftirip d\u00fcnyan\u0131n dengesini tekrar kurma azmiyle dola\u015ft\u0131 yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde. \u00d6nce T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck oyma\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sevdaland\u0131. O\u011fuz T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bu tarih yorgunu Anadolu evlatlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek, onlarla dan\u0131\u015fmak, bili\u015fmek sevdas\u0131na kap\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\nD\u00fcnya tarihini halla\u00e7 pamu\u011fu gibi atan bu T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Turan\u2019\u0131n i\u015faret fi\u015fe\u011finin at\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ana ata oca\u011f\u0131yd\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck hur\u00fb\u00e7 harek\u00e2t\u0131 buradan olacakt\u0131. D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda bir hadise yapacak olan b\u00fcy\u00fck Turan birli\u011finin kutlu y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc buradan ba\u015flayacakt\u0131. O, buna inand\u0131, bunu derinden hissetti ve son nefesine kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk birli\u011finin derdiyle yand\u0131. O bizim bilge aksakal\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131. \u00d6\u011fretmenimizdi, vekilimizdi, \u015fairimizdi, kavgam\u0131za adanm\u0131\u015f bir serdenge\u00e7timizdi.<br \/>\n\u015eiiri Soylu Bir Bayrak Yapan Dava \u015eairi:<br \/>\nVahapzade, \u00f6zelde Azerbaycan T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn, genelde ise b\u00fct\u00fcn Turan T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131n\u0131, dertlerini, ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, beklentilerini, hayal ve umutlar\u0131n\u0131 dillendiren bir dava \u015fairidir.<br \/>\n\u015eiiri, fildi\u015fi kulesinden al\u0131p kavga meydan\u0131na, er meydan\u0131na, millet meclisine, sokaklara ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O, \u015fiiri hassas bireysel duygulan\u0131mlar\u0131n titrek bir ifade alan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rmemi\u015f; T\u00fcrk davas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcr, tok, sert, kararl\u0131, azimli bir sesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. O, bir bak\u0131ma bizim Mehmet \u00c2kif\u2019imizdir, Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r, Arif Nihat Asya\u2019m\u0131zd\u0131r, Yavuz B\u00fclent Bakiler\u2019imizdir. \u015eiir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015fiirinin i\u00e7eri\u011fini kendisi \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor:<br \/>\n\u201cHalk\u0131m\u0131n 180 y\u0131l Rus emperyalizminin yumru\u011fu alt\u0131nda \u00e7ekti\u011fi \u00e7ileler, azap ve \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fclerdir elime kalem verip beni \u015fair eden. \u0130\u015fte bu nedenle ayn\u0131 yumruk, bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda benim yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u015fiirlerime bir manal\u0131, y\u00fczden bakan okuyucu, m\u0131sralar\u0131m\u0131n kendisini de\u011fil de onun s\u0131rt\u0131nda saklanan anlam\u0131 aray\u0131p bulmal\u0131d\u0131r. (\u2026) Hani ben bu zavall\u0131 halk\u0131n evlad\u0131 oldu\u011fumdan onun dertlerini yak\u0131n\u0131yor, onun \u00e7ilelerini yaz\u0131yor, onun g\u00fc\u00e7 durumunu yans\u0131t\u0131yordum. Allah hi\u00e7bir milleti ba\u015fka milletin k\u00f6lesi etmesin.\u201d<br \/>\n\u015eiiriyle \u00d6zde\u015fle\u015fen M\u00fccadele Adam\u0131:<br \/>\nBahtiyar Vahapzade, hayat\u0131 boyunca sadece soyut d\u00fczeyde kalan pasif bir \u015fair olmad\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanda olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman ve zeminde fiil\u00ee m\u00fccadele alan\u0131nda da g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc k\u0131rpmadan yerini alan m\u00fccahit bir Turanc\u0131 idi. M\u00fccadele meydan\u0131na at\u0131l\u0131rken hi\u00e7bir \u015fahs\u00ee endi\u015fe ta\u015f\u0131mad\u0131. Hep milletinin, T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn selametini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc.<br \/>\nBu ba\u011flamda Sovyet Rusya emperyalizmine kar\u015f\u0131 Azad Azerbaycan Devleti davas\u0131 ad\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck bir m\u00fccadele ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Millet Meclisinde bir mebus olarak da gereken siyasi m\u00fccadelede yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nMill\u00ee Birlik ve Beraberlik Misti\u011fi:<br \/>\nMilletlerin \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck adamlar, b\u00fcy\u00fck fikir adamlar\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fairler, b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler, b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fccadele adamlar\u0131, k\u0131s\u0131r siyasi \u00e7eki\u015fmelerle u\u011fra\u015fmazlar. Foto\u011fraf\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcrler ve g\u00f6zlerini ufka dikerler. Bir \u00fclkede mill\u00ee birlik ve beraberlik her \u015feyden \u00f6nemlidir. Falan parti, filan parti meselesi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck adamlar\u0131n i\u015fidir. Bahtiyar Vahapz\u00e2de\u2019yi bu ba\u011flamda ufku geni\u015f bir T\u00fcrk devlet adam\u0131 vasf\u0131yla da tan\u0131yoruz. 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda \u00fclkesinin Sovyet Rus emperyalizminden kurtulu\u015fu ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fmas\u0131 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda neler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusunda \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor:<br \/>\n\u201cSava\u015fa giden \u00fclkede herkes bir olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ben \u00f6yle tahmin ediyorum ki sava\u015fan \u00fclkenin bir partisi, bir maksad\u0131, bir cephesi olmal\u0131d\u0131r. O da topraklar\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6z diken d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 ma\u011flup etmek, topraklar\u0131m\u0131zdan kovmak. Buna nail olmadan meydana \u00e7\u0131kan her bir fikir ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n aleyhineyim. Rus s\u00f6m\u00fcrgesi, Ermeni ma\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak bizimle sava\u015f\u0131yor. \u0130stiklalimizin tehlikede oldu\u011funu anlamal\u0131y\u0131z.\u201d<br \/>\nBahtiyar Vahapzade, \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn T\u00fcrklerin birlik h\u00e2linde olmas\u0131 gere\u011fi \u00fczerinde durmu\u015f, hep bu dava i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Nitekim bir \u015fiirinde \u015f\u00f6yle der: <\/p>\n<p>\u201cYa Rabbim, ak\u0131l ver, kemal ver bize<br \/>\n\u00c7oktan unutmu\u015fuz d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131<br \/>\nD\u00fc\u015fman kesilmi\u015fiz birbirimize.<br \/>\nYol bir olmal\u0131d\u0131r, akide birse<br \/>\nBir\u00e7ok tarikata ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u0131z biz.<br \/>\nAilede ikilik \u00e7eki\u015fmedirse<br \/>\nMillette ikilik felaketimiz!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u0130ki Devlet, Bir millet\u201d \u00dclk\u00fcs\u00fc: T\u00fcrkiye ve Azerbaycan T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Karde\u015fli\u011fi:<br \/>\nZiya G\u00f6kalp\u2019in \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkiyecilik, sonra O\u011fuzculuk, T\u00fcrkmencilik, uzak hedef olarak da Turanc\u0131l\u0131k fikrinin izinden giden Bahtiyar Vahapzade,bu idealinin \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkiye-Azerbaycan birli\u011fiyle ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yordu. T\u00fcrkiye sevdas\u0131na kap\u0131lan Turan \u00f6nderi, bu inan\u00e7la Turan\u2019\u0131n ilk birli\u011finin T\u00fcrkiye-Azerbaycan birli\u011fiyle ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131 arzu etti. Bu olursa, gerisi \u00e7orap s\u00f6k\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi gelecekti. \u0130lk ad\u0131m \u00f6nemliydi. \u201d\u0130ki devlet, bir millet\u201d davas\u0131, Turan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n hayallerinin ilk b\u00fcy\u00fck esintisiydi. Da\u011f duru\u015flu Bahtiyar ata, bu esintiyi \u015f\u00f6yle dile d\u00f6kt\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>AZERBAYCAN &#8211; T\u00dcRK\u0130YE<\/p>\n<p>Bir anan\u0131n iki o\u011flu,<br \/>\nBir \u00e7\u0131nar\u0131n iki kolu<br \/>\nO da ulu, bu da ulu<br \/>\nAzerbaycan &#8211; T\u00fcrkiye<\/p>\n<p>Dinimiz bir, dilimiz bir<br \/>\nAy\u0131m\u0131z bir, ilimiz bir,<br \/>\nA\u015fk\u0131m\u0131z bir, yolumuz bir<br \/>\nAzerbaycan &#8211; T\u00fcrkiye<\/p>\n<p>Bir milletiz, iki devlet<br \/>\nAyn\u0131 arzu, ayn\u0131 niyet<br \/>\nHer ikisi Cumhuriyet<br \/>\nAzerbaycan &#8211; T\u00fcrkiye<\/p>\n<p>Birdir bizim her h\u00e2limiz<br \/>\nSevincimiz, melalimiz<br \/>\nBayraklarda hil\u00e2limiz<br \/>\nAzerbaycan &#8211; T\u00fcrkiye<\/p>\n<p>Ana yurtta yuva kurdum<br \/>\nAta yurda g\u00f6n\u00fcl verdim<br \/>\nAna yurdum, Ata yurdum<br \/>\nAzerbaycan &#8211; T\u00fcrkiye<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye ile Azerbaycan aras\u0131nda her anlamda tam bir birlik, karde\u015flik, dayan\u0131\u015fma olmas\u0131 gere\u011finin \u00fczerine \u00e7ok\u00e7a vurgu yapan T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn ortak \u015fuuru b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fair, 1918&#8217;de, T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn Azer\u00ee T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne olan karde\u015f\u00e7e, samimi, b\u00fcy\u00fck ve duyguland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 yard\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerine bir \u015fiir yazar. 1918\u2019de T\u00fcrk ordusu Ermeni i\u015fgaline maruz kalan Azerbaycan halk\u0131n\u0131n yard\u0131m\u0131na gelir. Destan yazan T\u00fcrk ordusunun neferlerinden birisi \u015eamah\u0131 civar\u0131nda yaralan\u0131r ve \u015fehit d\u00fc\u015fer. Bence T\u00fcrkiye, y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc Bat\u0131ya de\u011fil kendi karde\u015flerine, yani do\u011fuya \u00e7evirmelidir.\u201d<br \/>\n&#8220;Tek arzum yirmi birinci y\u00fczy\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin d\u00fcnya muvazenesinde (dengesinde) s\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7en, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc devleti olmas\u0131d\u0131r (\u2026) Ey Allah\u2019\u0131m!
