Sonra Hazret-i Ebu Bekr\u2019e, daha sonra \u00d6mer\u2019in eline ge\u00e7ti. En sonra Hazret-i Osman elinden Eris isimli kuyuya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yine ayn\u0131 kaynaklar yoluyla Enes Bin Malik:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah Resul\u00fc, Habe\u015f\u00ee ka\u015fl\u0131 g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f bir y\u00fcz\u00fck takm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ka\u015f\u0131n\u0131 avu\u00e7lar\u0131 taraf\u0131na getirirlerdi.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHabe\u015f\u00ee\u201dden murad, akik ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131r ve yine oraya ait alaca bir ta\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Had\u00ees \u00e2limlerinden \u0130mam-\u0131 Ahmed, Nis\u00e2\u00ee, Tirmiz\u00ee ve Bezzar rivayetlerine g\u00f6re, Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc, birinin elinde demirden bir y\u00fcz\u00fck g\u00f6r\u00fcyorlar ve diyorlar:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSebep nedir ki, ben senden put kokusu al\u0131yorum?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ve il\u00e2ve ediyorlar:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cY\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ften yapt\u0131r\u0131n ve bir miskalden fazlas\u0131n\u0131 kullanmay\u0131n!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcz\u00fck bahsinde din \u00e2limleri aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131l\u0131k vard\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011fu caiz g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015fler ve keraheti olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirmi\u015flerdir. Baz\u0131lar\u0131, s\u00fcs ve ziynet kabilinden olursa mekruh saym\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 da, m\u00fch\u00fcr kullanan kimselerden gayr\u0131na mekruh kabul etmi\u015flerdir. Zira Ebu Davud ve Nisa\u00ee naklinde Ebu Reyhane Hazretleri, Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn, vazifelilerden ba\u015fkas\u0131na y\u00fcz\u00fck takmay\u0131 yasak ettiklerini s\u00f6yler. Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn kullanmalar\u0131ndaki sebep de, etraftaki melik ve sultanlara g\u00f6nderilen nameleri m\u00fch\u00fcrlemekti.<\/p>\n<p>Enes bin Malik:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRum, Fars ve Habe\u015f padi\u015fahlar\u0131na mektuplar yaz\u0131ld\u0131. Sahab\u00eeler dediler: \u201cEy Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc; onlar m\u00fch\u00fcrl\u00fc olmayan nameleri kabul etmezler!\u201d Bunun \u00fczerine bir y\u00fcz\u00fck edinip \u00fczerine \u201cM\u2026\u2026. \u2013 Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc\u201d ibaresini kazd\u0131rd\u0131lar. Hazret-i Ebu Bekr, \u00d6mer ve Osman, ihtiya\u00e7 noktas\u0131ndan m\u00fch\u00fcr ta\u015f\u0131rlard\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130bn-i Abd-\u00fcl-Ber, baz\u0131 \u00e2limlere dayanarak y\u00fcz\u00fck takman\u0131n mekruh oldu\u011funu, zira Enes Bin Malik Hazretlerine g\u00f6re Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn takmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ileriye s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Tirmizi, \u201c\u015eem\u00e2il\u201dinde \u0130bn-i \u00d6mer vastasiyle bildirir:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc, bir y\u00fcz\u00fck edindiler. Onunla m\u00fch\u00fcr basarlar, fakat onu parmaklar\u0131na ge\u00e7irip takmazlard\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Enes Bin Malik:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn m\u00fcbarek ellerinde g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ften bir y\u00fcz\u00fck g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Halk da g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ften y\u00fcz\u00fckler edinip takmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Derken Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p b\u0131rakt\u0131lar. Halk da \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p b\u0131rakt\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu var ki, en do\u011fru s\u00f6z, rivayetin ilk k\u0131sm\u0131nda s\u00f6ylenendir. Zira Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fck takmalar\u0131, h\u00fck\u00fcmdarlara g\u00f6nderdikleri nameleri m\u00fch\u00fcrlemek i\u00e7indi. Sonradan daima tak\u0131n\u0131r oldular. Sahab\u00eeler de tak\u0131n\u0131r oldu. K\u00e2inat\u0131n Efendisi, kimsenin y\u00fcz\u00fck takmas\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fclemediler. B\u00f6ylece y\u00fcz\u00fck takman\u0131n kerahetsiz m\u00fcbah oldu\u011fu \u00fczerinde birle\u015fildi. H\u00e2kimlerden ba\u015fkas\u0131nda yasakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hususundaki had\u00eesin de olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na h\u00fckmedildi. Enes Bin Malik rivayetindeki \u201c\u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p b\u0131rakt\u0131lar\u201d kayd\u0131na gelince bunun, g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f de\u011fil, altun bir y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011fe ait oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi gibi, \u015fer\u2019\u00ee bir l\u00fczum zannedilmemesi maksad\u0131n\u0131n da \u00e2mil bulundu\u011fu ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcz\u00fck yap\u0131lan madenler hakk\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcm:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah Resul\u00fc, altun y\u00fcz\u00fck ve altun kab\u0131 yasaklad\u0131lar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ebu H\u00fcreyre:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah Resul\u00fc, altun y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc nehyettiler. (Yasak ettiler)\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Abdullah Bin \u00d6mer:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc, altundan bir y\u00fcz\u00fck edindiler. Sa\u011f ellerine takt\u0131lar ve y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ka\u015f\u0131n\u0131 avu\u00e7lar\u0131na \u00e7evirdiler. Halk da altun y\u00fcz\u00fckler edindi ve takmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Sonradan Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc minbere \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar ve altun y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc parmaklar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p b\u0131rakt\u0131lar. Halk\u0131 da altun y\u00fcz\u00fck takmaktan nehyettiler.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hanef\u00ee, \u015eafi\u00ee, Maliki ve Hanbel\u00ee mezheplerinde altun takmak caiz de\u011fildir. Buna ra\u011fmen baz\u0131 \u00e2limler izin vermi\u015flerdir. Bunlara g\u00f6re sahab\u00eelerden be\u015f ki\u015fi altun y\u00fcz\u00fck tak\u0131n\u0131r olduklar\u0131 halde vefat etmi\u015flerdir. Bin Saad, Hazret-i Talha, Saad ve Sahiyb\u2019in altun y\u00fcz\u00fck takt\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bedr Gaz\u00e2s\u0131na kat\u0131lan Eb\u00ee Useyd Hazretlerinin vefat\u0131nda, altun y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc vard\u0131. Y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, elinden, Hamza ve Z\u00fcbeyr Hazretleri \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130mam-\u0131 Nis\u00e2\u00ee:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHazret-i Osman, Sahiyb\u2019e soruyor: \u201cParma\u011f\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n altun y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn asl\u0131 nedir?\u201d Sahiyb diyor ki: \u201cBu y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc senden daha hay\u0131rl\u0131 olan g\u00f6rd\u00fc ve beni ay\u0131plamad\u0131!\u201d Hazret-i Osman devam ediyor: \u201cKimmi\u015f o benden daha hay\u0131rl\u0131 olan?\u201d Sahiyb cevap veriyor: \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Netice \u015fudur ki, g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e2limlerden \u00e7o\u011fu m\u00fcbah g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdir. K\u00e2inat\u0131n Fahri ve sahab\u00eelerden bir z\u00fcmre de g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f y\u00fcz\u00fck takm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eafi\u00ee \u00e2limleri, g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k\u00e7a bir miskali ge\u00e7memesini, hatt\u00e2 biraz eksik olmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stinat ettikleri nokta, Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn birine verdikleri cevapt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Demin de bahsetti\u011fimiz gibi demir y\u00fcz\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131yan birine rastl\u0131yor ve diyorlar ki:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe haldir ki, senin \u00fczerinde cehennem ehli al\u00e2metini g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bunun \u00fczerine o adam demir y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor ve soruyor:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEy Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc, bunun yerine ne cins bir \u015fey takay\u0131m?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ve \u015fu cevab\u0131 al\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cG\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ften y\u00fcz\u00fck tak ve bir miskali tamamlama!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hanefi \u00e2limlerine g\u00f6reyse bir miskale kadar a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k caizdir.<\/p>\n<p>Enes Bin Malik Hazretleri, Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAkik y\u00fcz\u00fck tak\u0131n! Sa\u011f el ziynete sol elden daha m\u00fcstehakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Buyurduklar\u0131n\u0131 rivayet etmi\u015ftir. Ancak bu had\u00eesin senedinde me\u00e7hul bir nokta tespit edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu rivayet de vard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAkik tak\u0131n! Onu takmak, fukaral\u0131\u011f\u0131 giderir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hazret-i \u00c2yi\u015fe yoluyla rivayet edilen bir had\u00ees de akik ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcbarek oldu\u011funu belirtir. Fakat b\u00fct\u00fcn bu had\u00eesler \u00e2limlerce, kaynaklar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zaif olup g\u00fcvenilir cinsten de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Ukayl\u00ee:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAkik y\u00fcz\u00fck takmak hususunda Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019nden hi\u00e7bir had\u00ees do\u011fru de\u011fildir!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sahih-i M\u00fcslim yoliyle Enes Bin Malik Hazretleri:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc, g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ften bir y\u00fcz\u00fck edindiler ve \u00fczerine \u201cM\u2026\u2026.. \u2013 Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc\u201d ibaresini nak\u015fettiler. Halka da buyurdular ki: \u201cBen g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ften bir y\u00fcz\u00fck edindim ve \u00fczerine \u015fu nak\u015f\u0131 kaz\u0131tt\u0131m. Kimse kendi y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bu nak\u015f\u0131 kaz\u0131tmas\u0131n!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130mam-\u0131 Buhar\u00ee rivayetince y\u00fcz\u00fckteki nak\u0131\u015f \u00fc\u00e7 sat\u0131r\u2026 Yaz\u0131s\u0131 da m\u00fch\u00fcrlerde oldu\u011fu gibi tersine\u2026 Yani bir yere bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman do\u011fru \u00e7\u0131kacak \u015fekilde\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Rivayet \u0130bn-i \u00d6mer\u2019den gelmi\u015f olarak biliyoruz ki, Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc, y\u00fcz\u00fcklerini sa\u011f ellerinde ta\u015f\u0131rlard\u0131. Sonsuzluk \u00e2lemine g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc\u015flerinden sonra, y\u00fcz\u00fck Hazret-i Ebu Bekr\u2019e ge\u00e7ti ve o da sa\u011f elinde ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131. Daha sonra Hazret-i \u00d6mer\u2019in sa\u011f elinde\u2026 Hazret-i Osman\u2019\u0131n sa\u011f elinde de ayn\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fck\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nihayet kuyuya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve Hazret-i Osman\u2019\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131z fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen bulunamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 mal\u00fbmdur.<\/p>\n<p>Bir ki\u015finin birka\u00e7 y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olabilir. Fakat bunlardan bir veya iki elinde birka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131 birden ta\u015f\u0131man\u0131n cevaz\u0131nda ihtilaf vard\u0131r. Y\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hem sa\u011f hem sola takmak caizdir. Fakat hangisinin tercihe \u015fayan oldu\u011fu da ayr\u0131ca ihtilafl\u0131d\u0131r. Sol ele takman\u0131n fazileti hakk\u0131nda da hadisler nakledilmi\u015ftir. Mezhep kurucular\u0131ndan \u0130mam-\u0131 Malik ve \u015eafi\u00ee Hazretleri, y\u00fcz\u00fcklerini sol ellerine takarlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sahih-i M\u00fcslim\u2019e g\u00f6re Enes Bin Malik Hazretleri sol elinin ser\u00e7e parma\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stererek:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc, y\u00fcz\u00fcklerini \u015fu parma\u011f\u0131na takarlard\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Demi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130bn-i \u00d6mer\u2019in \u015fehadeti de, sol el \u00fczerindedir.
