M\u00fc\u0259yy\u0259n edilsin ki, Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131 Kino Agentliyinin (bundan sonra \u2013 Agentlik) nizamnam\u0259 fondu 100000 (bir y\u00fcz min) manat t\u0259\u015fkil edir v\u0259 d\u00f6vl\u0259t b\u00fcdc\u0259sinin v\u0259saiti hesab\u0131na formala\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n Nazirl\u0259r Kabineti bu F\u0259rmandan ir\u0259li g\u0259l\u0259n m\u0259s\u0259l\u0259l\u0259ri h\u0259ll etsin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n M\u0259d\u0259niyy\u0259t Nazirliyi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. Agentlik d\u00f6vl\u0259t qeydiyyat\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131qdan sonra Agentliyin strukturunu, \u0259m\u0259yin \u00f6d\u0259ni\u015fi fondunu, i\u015f\u00e7il\u0259rinin say h\u0259ddini v\u0259 onlar\u0131n \u0259m\u0259khaqlar\u0131n\u0131n (v\u0259zif\u0259 maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, v\u0259zif\u0259 maa\u015f\u0131na \u0259lav\u0259l\u0259rin, m\u00fckafatlar\u0131n v\u0259 dig\u0259r \u00f6d\u0259ni\u015fl\u0259rin) m\u0259bl\u0259\u011fini bir ay m\u00fcdd\u0259tind\u0259 t\u0259sdiq etsin;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. bu F\u0259rmandan ir\u0259li g\u0259l\u0259n dig\u0259r m\u0259s\u0259l\u0259l\u0259ri h\u0259ll etsin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
