CO\u011eRAFYA<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan\u0131n, mensubu oldu\u011fu millet hakk\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirme yapmas\u0131 kolay de\u011fil. Bizce bunun iki sebebi var; birincisi i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015fay\u0131p, genlerini ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z milletin kendine has \u00f6zelli\u011fi: \u00d6verken de, yererken de \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131yoruz. &#8220;Orta Asya\u2019dan yola \u00e7\u0131kan milletimiz&#8230;&#8221;diye ba\u015flayan hamaset y\u00fckl\u00fc nutuklarla, &#8220;el \u00e2lem aya giderken, biz h\u00e2l\u00e2&#8230;&#8221; \u015feklindeki serzeni\u015fler bu iki tavr\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6rnek. \u0130kincisi ve as\u0131l \u00f6nemli olan\u0131 da Everest Tepesi ile L\u00fbt G\u00f6l\u00fc kadar birbirine uzak, ini\u015fli \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fl\u0131 tarih \u00e7izgimiz. &#8220;Orta Asya\u2019dan&#8230;&#8221; diyerek s\u00f6zlerine ba\u015flayan\u0131n bir hakl\u0131l\u0131k pay\u0131 var; zira o, bu milletin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 tarih kitaplar\u0131na yans\u0131mayan, dost d\u00fc\u015fman herkesin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, ha\u015fmetinde ittifak etti\u011fi ge\u00e7mi\u015fine at\u0131fta bulunuyor. Di\u011feri de haks\u0131z de\u011fil, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc o da b\u00f6yle bir tarihe sahip milletin bug\u00fcn\u00fcne bak\u0131p Nasrettin Hoca misali soruyor: &#8220;Bu etse, kedi nerede; kedi ise, et nerede?&#8221; Niyetimiz esasta do\u011fru, uygulamada hatal\u0131 her iki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe de saplanmadan, olabildi\u011fince hakka yak\u0131n bir muhasebe yapabilmek&#8230;<br \/>\n\u00d6ncelikle \u015f\u00f6yle bir tespitle i\u015fe ba\u015flaman\u0131n do\u011fru olaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum: Bu topraklarda, bu co\u011frafyada, zaman\u0131n tam da bu deminde d\u00fcnyaya gelmeyi, var olmay\u0131 biz tercih etmedik, kader bu \u015fekilde tecelli etti. Zannederim i\u015fin nirengi noktas\u0131, anahtar kelimesi bu c\u00fcmlede sakl\u0131; kader&#8230; Her \u015feyin, her \u015feye yol ve y\u00f6n veren g\u00fcc\u00fcn, kaderin de sahibi Mutlak Kudret&#8217;in iradesi. Kutuplardaki Eskimo&#8217;dan Afrika&#8217;n\u0131n u\u00e7suz bucaks\u0131z \u00e7\u00f6llerindeki yerliye kadar, fikir namusu ta\u015f\u0131yan herkes bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ba\u015f e\u011fmek mecburiyetinde&#8230;<br \/>\n\u0130nsan tohumu \u00c2dem peygamber, b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n babas\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve her kavmin k\u00f6k ba\u015f\u0131 kendisine dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, O&#8217;nun bir millete mensubiyetini iddia etmek do\u011fru ve mant\u0131kl\u0131 olmaz. Hal b\u00f6yle olunca milletlerin birbirleri \u00fczerinde nesebe dayal\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck izafe etmelerinin, se\u00e7ilmi\u015f millet iddialar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131sacas\u0131 \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ne var ki, Mutlak Kudret&#8217;in b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tek bir \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda birle\u015ftirmek yerine, onlar\u0131 ayr\u0131 hususiyetler ta\u015f\u0131yan kavimlere ay\u0131rmas\u0131nda da bir hikmet bulundu\u011fu muhakkak.<br \/>\nTarih kitaplar\u0131 milletimizin, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ikinci babas\u0131 Nuh peygamberin o\u011flu Yafes&#8217;ten geldi\u011fini iddia ederler. Bu andan, Orta Asya steplerinde meydan yerine \u00e7\u0131k\u0131ncaya kadar ge\u00e7en zaman dilimi tarihin karanl\u0131k sayfalar\u0131nda yaz\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Orta Asya bozk\u0131rlar\u0131ndaki maceram\u0131z\u0131 ise tek kelime ile \u00f6zetleyebiliriz; aray\u0131\u015f. G\u00f6zlerindeki enerjisi bitmek t\u00fckenmek bilmeyen, k\u0131zg\u0131n bir mayi gibi oradan oraya akan dinamik, canl\u0131, hareketli, at \u00fczerinde do\u011fup, at \u00fczerinde \u00f6len insan\u0131n aray\u0131\u015f\u0131.<br \/>\n8.y\u00fczy\u0131l aranan kan\u0131n, \u0130sl\u00e2m&#8217;\u0131n bulunup, bir yenisine; vatan hasretine yol veren tarihtir. Bizce Anadolu&#8217;nun yurt edinilmesine kadar s\u00fcren T\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn tarih seyri, kendisi fark\u0131nda olsun olmas\u0131n, bir amaca matuftur: Genelde Anadolu, esasta ise \u0130stanbul&#8217;un fethi. \u0130\u015fte bu andan sonra T\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn kaderine, kimli\u011fine bu topraklar m\u0131 y\u00f6n verir, yoksa T\u00fcrk m\u00fc bu topraklara, oras\u0131n\u0131 Allah bilir&#8230;<br \/>\n&#8220;Anadolu&#8230; Bozkurdun bir dere kenar\u0131nda g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f sulara dal\u0131p g\u00f6zlerindeki t\u0131ls\u0131ml\u0131 ate\u015fi seyrede ede, i\u00e7li ve m\u00fctevekkil bir s\u00f6\u011f\u00fct a\u011fac\u0131na istihale etti\u011fi m\u00fcbarek diyar&#8230;<br \/>\nAnadolu&#8230; T\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn, ger\u00e7ek ruh muhtevas\u0131n\u0131 bulur bulmaz seyyarl\u0131ktan sabitli\u011fe ge\u00e7ti\u011fi ve ruh vatan\u0131yla i\u00e7 i\u00e7e yery\u00fcz\u00fc vatan\u0131n\u0131 kurdu\u011fu b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00e2n\u00e2 \u00e7er\u00e7evesi&#8230;<br \/>\nAnadolu k\u0131talar aras\u0131 tarihi hesapla\u015fmalar\u0131n ge\u00e7it meydan\u0131, medeniyetlerin sergi evi, mahrem ve muazzam Asya&#8217;n\u0131n, Avrupa&#8217;ya bakan cumbas\u0131&#8230;<br \/>\nAnadolu&#8230; Putlar\u0131n ve salibin binbir c\u00fcmb\u00fc\u015f\u00fc arkas\u0131ndan kendisini topyek\u00fbn hil\u00e2le teslim eden ve onun davas\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyaya \u015f\u00e2mil bir aksiyon halinde g\u00fcden asl\u00ee ve as\u00eel unsur kadrosu&#8230;&#8221;(Necip Faz\u0131l K\u0131sak\u00fcrek, \u0130deolocya \u00d6rg\u00fcs\u00fc)<br \/>\nVe \u0130stanbul;<br \/>\n&#8220;\u0130stanbul!.. D\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde her \u00e7e\u015fitten insan\u0131n ilgisini en \u00e7ok \u00e7eken \u015fehir&#8230; Ehemmiyetine bak\u0131n; onu insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Ufku, \u00fcmmetine hedef g\u00f6steriyor. \u0130deal denebilecek bir hedef&#8230; Fethini m\u00fcjdeliyor ve fethedecekleri \u00f6v\u00fcyor. Bu sayede &#8220;en b\u00fcy\u00fck Bayraktar\u0131&#8221; kazan\u0131yor \u0130stanbul. \u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihinin e\u015fi bulunmaz Bayraktar&#8217;\u0131n\u0131&#8230; \u0130nsanl\u0131k Ufku&#8217;nun temsil etti\u011fi Allah d\u00e2vas\u0131n\u0131n bayraktar\u0131n\u0131&#8230; Y\u00fcceli\u011fin zirvesine bak\u0131n!.. M\u00fcjdeli emir, \u0130stanbul&#8217;a co\u011frafya avantaj\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnde fikri, iman\u00ee ve i\u00e7tima\u00ee bir fonksiyon kazand\u0131r\u0131yor. Hele bizim i\u00e7in&#8230; D\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131m\u0131z bile, onun hakk\u0131nda fanatik emeller beslemekle, -fark\u0131nda de\u011filler ama- o emrin g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcnde hareket ettiler ve etmekteler.&#8221; (Ali Erdal, Yeni Bir Diyalektik)<br \/>\nBilinen en eski \u00fc\u00e7 k\u0131tan\u0131n ortas\u0131nda ve yine bilinen en eski medeniyetlerin merkezinde, en i\u015flek kara, deniz ve hava ticaret yollar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde, so\u011fuk deniz ve iklimlerle s\u0131caklar\u0131n\u0131n aras\u0131nda &#8220;yedi iklim&#8221;in h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Anadolu ve onun incisi \u0130stanbul. Nitekim bu topraklarda devletlerini kuran Bizans (Do\u011fu Roma) ve Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc devletleri olduklar\u0131n\u0131 tarih s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015fin nirengi noktas\u0131, anahtar kelimesi demi\u015ftik ya yukar\u0131da, Allah&#8217;a hamd olsun ki kader bu \u015fekilde tecelli etti ve bu topraklar bize nasip oldu. \u0130ngiliz tarih\u00e7i Arnold Toynbee&#8217;nin, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n kurulu\u015fundan bug\u00fcne kadar ge\u00e7en zaman\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131p, firavunun ehram\u0131na ta\u015f ta\u015f\u0131yanlarla bizleri \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tezini dikkate al\u0131rsak, bug\u00fcn milletimizin i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7ti\u011fi berzah\u0131n, O&#8217;nun tarih seyri i\u00e7inde deryada bir su damlas\u0131 gibi kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul edebiliriz. Yeter ki, bu co\u011frafyan\u0131n, bu topraklar\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 verelim.<\/p>\n<p>2.        RUH<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7anakkale\u2019de, muharebeler esnas\u0131nda h\u00fccum s\u0131ras\u0131 bekleyen askerlerimiz, hem \u015fehit olan arkada\u015flar\u0131 hem de az sonra \u015fehit olacak kendileri i\u00e7in cenaze namaz\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131yorlar. \u00d6leceklerini bildikleri halde hi\u00e7birinin akl\u0131na cepheyi terk etmek gelmiyor.<br \/>\n99 depremi oldu\u011funda devlet, fel\u00e2ket b\u00f6lgesine ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn ula\u015famam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Deprem s\u0131ras\u0131nda G\u00f6lc\u00fck\u2019te, Adapazar\u0131\u2019nda olan veya kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla yard\u0131m ama\u00e7l\u0131 b\u00f6lgeye ula\u015fanlar, oralardaki trafi\u011fi ve asayi\u015fi, sa\u011f kurtulan gen\u00e7lerin idare etti\u011fini anlatt\u0131lar. Onbinlerce insan\u0131n enkaz alt\u0131nda kal\u0131p can verdi\u011fi, bir art\u00e7\u0131 depremde sa\u011f kalanlar\u0131n da hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetme ihtimalinin oldu\u011fu bir ortamda kendi nefsinden ge\u00e7ip cemiyet hayr\u0131na bir i\u015fe kalk\u0131\u015fmak\u2026 Bir kere bu fedak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131 koymak gerek.<br \/>\n15 Temmuz ak\u015fam\u0131 daha Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 halk\u0131 meydanlara \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmadan, kendini soka\u011fa atanlara ne demeli? \u0130hanet kalk\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ne zaman duydu ve anlad\u0131 da e\u011fer ben yoksam devlet de olmaz anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla inisiyatif ald\u0131. Elinde bayra\u011f\u0131yla koca tanklar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7enleri, sava\u015f u\u00e7aklar\u0131na meydan okuyanlar\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck. \u0130nternet vesilesiyle izledik. O gece, meyhaneden Bo\u011faz K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019ne \u015fehit olmaya giden gen\u00e7ler vard\u0131. G\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn\u00fc hainlerin kur\u015funlar\u0131na siper edenlerin hareketlerinin bir izah\u0131 olmal\u0131.<br \/>\n\u201cEn ulv\u00ee tecrid ve m\u00e2n\u00e2land\u0131rmalara, \u00e7ok defa en s\u00fcfl\u00ee te\u015fhis ve maksatland\u0131rmalar musallatt\u0131r.\u201d<br \/>\nRahmetli \u00dcstad, B\u00fcy\u00fck Do\u011fu yay\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc, fakat b\u00fct\u00fcn ge\u00e7it ve kilit noktalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterici ve davay\u0131 temellendirici ba\u015f eseri olarak il\u00e2n etti\u011fi \u0130deolocya\u00d6rg\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn daha ba\u015f\u0131nda yukar\u0131daki c\u00fcmleyi kaleme alarak dikkatimizi bir noktaya \u00e7ekiyor. \u00c2cizane kanaatim, eserin tamam\u0131n\u0131 okuyup anlamam\u0131z\u0131 arzu ediyor. Bekta\u015f\u00ee gibi aradan bir c\u00fcmleyi \u00e7ekip devam\u0131 i\u00e7in bahane \u00fcretilmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek istiyor.<br \/>\nFakir de, yaz\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na odaklan\u0131p, devam\u0131 hakk\u0131nda kanaat sahibi olacaklar i\u00e7in bu hat\u0131rlatmay\u0131 yapmay\u0131 vazife bildi.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrk milleti\u2026 Pazarl\u0131ks\u0131z, samimi M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2026 Az sonra \u00f6leceklerini bildikleri halde cepheyi terk etmeyenlerin, kendi nefsinden ge\u00e7ip toplum hayr\u0131na i\u015fe kalk\u0131\u015fan ve g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn\u00fc hainlerin kur\u015funlar\u0131na siper edenlerin cemiyeti\u2026 Allah\u2019\u0131n \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00fcmmeti i\u00e7inde aksiyonla vazifeli k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 topluluk\u2026<br \/>\nBu millet, bu kadar badireye ra\u011fmen h\u00e2l\u00e2 ayakta durabiliyorsa bir hikmeti olmal\u0131. \u00c7anakkale\u2019de, depremde, 15 Temmuz\u2019da g\u00f6sterilen kahramanl\u0131klar\u0131 izah edebilece\u011fimiz bir hikmet.<br \/>\nZannederim i\u015fin s\u0131rr\u0131 pazarl\u0131ks\u0131z ve samimi M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmakta. Ne zaman ki kendisine \u0130sl\u00e2m teklif edilen ilk atam\u0131z, teklifi hi\u00e7bir \u015fart ko\u015fmadan, can ba\u015f \u00fcst\u00fcne deyip kabul etti, at\u0131n\u0131 ve k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131n\u0131 bu yeni imana adad\u0131, i\u015fte o g\u00fcn milletimizin kaderi de belli oldu.<\/p>\n<p>3.        DEVLET B\u0130L\u0130NC\u0130<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stiklal Harbi\u2019nin devam etti\u011fi g\u00fcnlerde Bilecik istasyonunda, o\u011fluna nasihat eden S\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc annemizin dudaklar\u0131ndan d\u00f6k\u00fclen c\u00fcmleler, Anadolu\u2019daki devlet bilincini uzun s\u00f6ze gerek b\u0131rakmayacak \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131klar:<br \/>\n\u201cO\u011flum!.. Day\u0131n \u015e\u0131pka\u2019da, baban D\u00f6meke\u2019de, a\u011fabeylerin \u00c7anakkale\u2019de \u015fehid d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Son yongam sensin. E\u011fer minareden ezan sesi kesilecekse, caminin kandilleri s\u00f6necekse s\u00fct\u00fcm sana haram olsun. \u00d6l de k\u00f6ye d\u00f6nme!\u201d<br \/>\nT\u00fcrk milletinin, Tuna\u2019dan Nil\u2019e, Hazar\u2019dan, K\u0131r\u0131m\u2019dan K\u0131z\u0131ldeniz\u2019e uzand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ha\u015fmet devirlerinde de\u011fil; topraklar\u0131 verimli \u00fc\u00e7 k\u0131tadan, Anadolu\u2019nun bozk\u0131rlar\u0131na hapsedilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir zamanda s\u00f6ylendi bu s\u00f6zler. Bu sebeple k\u0131ymetli. Yoksa tarih haf\u0131zam\u0131zda daha nice \u00f6rnekleri mevcuttur.<br \/>\nAnkara Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan sonra merkez\u00ee otoritenin zay\u0131flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, neredeyse yok oldu\u011fu Fetret Devri\u2019nde bile devleti y\u0131k\u0131lmak ne kelime sanki b\u00fct\u00fcn kurumlar\u0131yla dimdik ayaktaym\u0131\u015f gibi davranan bir milletten bahsediyoruz. Bu man\u00e2da,\u201ckan kusup k\u0131z\u0131lc\u0131k \u015ferbeti i\u00e7ti\u011fini\u201d s\u00f6yleyen, \u201ckol k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r yen i\u00e7inde kal\u0131r\u201d diyen bir milletin yak\u0131n tarihimizde atlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn darbelerden sonra sessizli\u011fini, onun olup bitenden habersizli\u011fine, cahilli\u011fine yoranlar, \u00f6n\u00fcne koyulan ilk sand\u0131kta sanki s\u00f6zle\u015fmi\u015f gibi ayn\u0131 noktada nas\u0131l birle\u015fti\u011fini de izaha mecburdurlar.<\/p>\n<p>4.        NET\u0130CE<\/p>\n<p>15 Temmuz, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019da arad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kan\u0131, ruhu bulan, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019a pazarl\u0131ks\u0131z teslim olman\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Anadolu ve \u00f6zelde \u0130stanbulla \u015fereflendirilen T\u00fcrk Milleti\u2019nin, devleti zora d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde neler yapabilece\u011finin ete kemi\u011fe b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f halidir.<br \/>\n15 Temmuz\u2019la ilgili olarak gelece\u011fin tarafs\u0131z tarih\u00e7isinin yazaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biz \u015fimdiden s\u00f6yleyelim: 1789 Frans\u0131z Devrim\u2019i Bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda ne ifade ediyorsa, Frans\u0131z Devrimi\u2019nin d\u00fcnya tarihindeki etkisi neyse 15 Temmuz\u2019un ondan eksi\u011fi yok fazlas\u0131 vard\u0131r.<br \/>\nMilletin devletine sahip \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 noktas\u0131ndan, T\u00fcrk tarihinde ilk de\u011fildir. 15 Temmuz\u2019a yol veren, sebep olan b\u00fct\u00fcn saiklerido\u011fru tespit edip ortadan kald\u0131rmad\u0131k\u00e7a belli ki son da olmayacakt\u0131r.
