Sava\u015f\u0131n yank\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn T\u00fcrk co\u011frafyas\u0131na nas\u0131l yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, t\u00fcrk\u00fclerde a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Osman Pa\u015fa ve Plevne Sava\u015f\u0131 neden \u00f6nemlidir? Dillerden d\u00fc\u015fmeyen ve Osman Pa\u015fa ad\u0131na s\u00f6ylenen t\u00fcrk\u00fclerin say\u0131lar\u0131 neden bu kadar \u00e7oktur? Aradan nice on y\u0131llar ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen, Plevne kahramanlar\u0131 ni\u00e7in unutulmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? Bu sorular\u0131n cevab\u0131n\u0131 tarihi kay\u0131tlar yan\u0131nda, T\u00fcrk milletinin destanlar\u0131nda veya kahramanl\u0131k t\u00fcrk\u00fclerinde aramak gerekir.<br \/>\nSava\u015f\u0131n ge\u00e7ti\u011fi Balkan co\u011frafyas\u0131nda, Plevne t\u00fcrk\u00fclerinin yo\u011fun olarak s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Plevne kasabas\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu Bulgaristan topraklar\u0131, Deliorman, Koca Balkan, Rodoplar, Varna, K\u0131rcaali ve nereden derlendi\u011fi me\u00e7hul olan \u00e7ok say\u0131da Plevne\/Osman Pa\u015fa t\u00fcrk\u00fcs\u00fc vard\u0131r. Sava\u015f sonras\u0131 gazilerin kendi memleketlerine ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 t\u00fcrk\u00fcler, dilden dile dola\u015f\u0131p b\u00fct\u00fcn Osmanl\u0131 co\u011frafyas\u0131na yay\u0131l\u0131r. Bunlardan biri Ordulu bir gazidir. Torununun kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131ratlara g\u00f6re dedesi, \u201cPlevne T\u00fcrk\u00fcs\u00fc\u201dn\u00fc g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131na bo\u011fularak s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nOsmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ahalisinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Ukrayna\u2019daki Hristiyan Urum T\u00fcrkleri ve Moldova\u2019daki H\u0131ristiyan Gagauz T\u00fcrkleri aras\u0131nda, Plevne t\u00fcrk\u00fclerinin heyecanla s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nBalkan co\u011frafyas\u0131, tarih boyunca T\u00fcrklerin pek \u00e7ok sava\u015f\u0131na \u015fahitlik yapm\u0131\u015f bir toprak par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Plevne\u2019den \u00f6nce, Varna, Ni\u011fbolu, Silistre Sava\u015flar\u0131 T\u00fcrk tarihinde \u00f6nemli birer yere sahiptirler. Derleme yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Romanya\u2019n\u0131n Dobruca B\u00f6lgesinde \u00f6zellikle ya\u015fl\u0131lar aras\u0131nda, b\u00fcy\u00fcklerinden dinlemi\u015f olduklar\u0131 kahramanl\u0131k t\u00fcrk\u00fclerini dillerinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmedikleri g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u201cYa\u015fa Mustafa Kemal Pa\u015fa\u201d t\u00fcrk\u00fcs\u00fc ise \u00f6zel bir yere sahiptir. T\u00fcrkiye d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan toprak par\u00e7as\u0131nda ya\u015fayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrk ahalisinin ruh\u00ee durumlar\u0131n\u0131, tarihlerine ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 bu t\u00fcrk\u00fclerden anlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<br \/>\nFuad K\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn s\u00f6yledi\u011fi gibi \u201c\u2026Bir milletin edebiyat\u0131, mill\u00ee ruhu ve mill\u00ee hayat\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in en samimi bir ayna say\u0131labilir\u201d (K\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc, 1981:1). Kahramanl\u0131k t\u00fcrk\u00fclerinin T\u00fcrk tarihinde \u00f6zel bir yeri ve anlam\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcrk\u00fcler aras\u0131nda, \u201cSivastopol \u00d6n\u00fcnde Yatar Gemiler,\u201d \u201cEy Gaziler,\u201d \u201cEstergon Kalesi,\u201d \u201cK\u0131r\u0131m\u2019dan Gelirim,\u201d \u201c61\u2019in Top\u00e7ular\u0131\u201d gibi t\u00fcrk\u00fcler say\u0131labilir. Osman Pa\u015fa t\u00fcrk\u00fclerinin de d\u00e2hil oldu\u011fu kahramanl\u0131k t\u00fcrk\u00fcleri, gelecek ku\u015faklar i\u00e7in birer mill\u00ee g\u0131da olu\u015fturur (Cebeci, 1969: 761).<br \/>\nEnver Behnan \u015eapolyo \u201cT\u00fcrk-Rus Sava\u015flar\u0131 Tarihi Gazi Osman Pa\u015fa ve Plevne M\u00fcdafaas\u0131\u201d adl\u0131 eserinde \u015f\u00f6yle demektedir: \u201cTarih, bir ahl\u00e2k dersidir. Ondan insan olan \u00e7ok \u015fey \u00f6\u011frenir. Mazi \u00f6\u011frenilmeden, istikbal haz\u0131rlanamaz. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f g\u00fcnlerin vakalar\u0131n\u0131 da bize ancak tarih \u00f6\u011fretir. Kanije m\u00fcdafaas\u0131, Silistre m\u00fcdafaas\u0131, Plevne m\u00fcdafaas\u0131 T\u00fcrk hamasetinin en canl\u0131 ve \u015fanl\u0131 sayfalar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil etmektedir. Bu sayfalar\u0131 bir kahraman\u0131n destan\u0131 gibi okumak her T\u00fcrk \u00e7ocu\u011funun milli bir borcudur, (\u2026) Bu sebeple Plevne kahramanlar\u0131n\u0131n sava\u015flar\u0131 bizde tarihi bir \u015fuur, nihayet milli bir vicdan do\u011furacakt\u0131r. Nitekim, milli \u015fuur Plevne\u2019de do\u011fdu. \u0130stiklal harbinde muvaffak oldu. Atat\u00fcrk\u2019e rehber Gazi Osman Pa\u015fa oldu\u011funu kendisi s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir\u201d (\u015eapolyo 1959:175).<br \/>\nRuslar\u0131n hem Balkanlarda, hem de Kafkaslarda Osmanl\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sava\u015f, yakla\u015f\u0131k iki y\u00fczy\u0131ld\u0131r aral\u0131kl\u0131 olarak devam eden Osmanl\u0131-Rus Sava\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n bir devam\u0131d\u0131r. Halk aras\u0131nda 93 Harbi (24 Nisan 1877- 03 Mart 1878) olarak bilinen seferberlik d\u00f6nemini ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n toptan seferberlik ilan\u0131, imparatorlu\u011fun ayakta kalmas\u0131 ad\u0131na g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f olunan bir diren\u00e7tir. Bu diren\u00e7 Plevne cephesinde sembol olmu\u015f ve b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n dikkatleri bu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kasabaya \u00e7evrilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nOsman Pa\u015fa ve kahraman askerleri, 143 g\u00fcn boyunca Plevne\u2019yi tahkim etmi\u015f, buray\u0131 kaleye \u00e7evirmi\u015f, direnmi\u015f ve Balkanlar\u0131n k\u0131\u015f g\u00fcnlerinden birinde (10 Aral\u0131k 1878), teslim olmak yerine, askerce \u00f6lmeyi tercih etmi\u015f, yarma harek\u00e2t\u0131na giri\u015fmi\u015flerdir. Bu sayede Ruslar, Plevne savunmas\u0131yla yakla\u015f\u0131k be\u015f ay oyalanm\u0131\u015f ve \u0130stanbul\u2019u alma hayallerinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\nPlevne Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n halk aras\u0131nda nas\u0131l bir heyecana yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131, Plevne t\u00fcrk\u00fclerinin birbirinden farkl\u0131 ve birbirinden uzak co\u011frafyalarda yeni d\u00f6rtl\u00fckler eklenerek s\u00f6ylenmesinden anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrk\u00fcler, ortak heyecan\u0131 bir destana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcRK\u00dcLERDEN DESTANA<br \/>\nPlevne kahramanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcrk\u00fcs\u00fc, hem Plevne\u2019deki askerlerce, hem de halk taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bir Osmanl\u0131 co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Kazakistan\u2019a g\u00f6\u00e7 etmi\u015f Gagauz T\u00fcrklerinin Plevne t\u00fcrk\u00fclerini ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Plevne T\u00fcrk\u00fclerinin Kerk\u00fck\u2019ten Kazakistan\u2019a, oradan Balkanlara dek Osmanl\u0131 co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan bir \u00f6v\u00fcn\u00e7, bir k\u0131van\u00e7 t\u00fcrk\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr. Sava\u015f sancaklar\u0131 r\u00fczg\u00e2rda dalgalan\u0131yor, atlar \u015faha kalk\u0131yor, atlar devriliyordu. \u0130nsan denen hayvanla kaynayan bir kazan yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki cehennem, \u015feytanlar\u0131n ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131\u015f\u0131yd\u0131 bu bo\u011fu\u015fma\u201d (Furneaux 1999:58).<br \/>\nKahramanl\u0131k t\u00fcrk\u00fcleri, epik destan gelene\u011fini uzak ge\u00e7mi\u015ften g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Kahramanl\u0131k t\u00fcrk\u00fcleri ile epik destanlar aras\u0131ndaki fark, y\u00fczy\u0131llar i\u00e7inde ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fcl\u00fcklerin yerini daha ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i bir anlat\u0131ma ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r. Bize kar\u015f\u0131 hi\u00e7bir \u015feye muhta\u00e7 de\u011fil gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnmek istiyorlar, b\u00fct\u00fcn bu sefaletlerle alay eder gibi bir hal g\u00f6steriyorlard\u0131.\u201d<br \/>\nAsker \u015fairler, zaman zaman padi\u015faha, sadrazama, serdara nasihatler vermi\u015f, kimi zaman ordunun halinden \u015fik\u00e2yet etmi\u015f, halk\u0131n veya askerin durumunu anlatm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. T\u00fcrk\u00fcler b\u00fct\u00fcn yal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, insan s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile s\u00f6ylenir. Osman Pa\u015fa ad\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcrk\u00fclerde \u00e7ok\u00e7a s\u00f6ylenmesi, onun asker ve halk taraf\u0131ndan ne kadar sevildi\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. Plevne t\u00fcrk\u00fclerinin bir di\u011fer ad\u0131 da Osman Pa\u015fa t\u00fcrk\u00fcleri oluverir. Halk t\u00fcrk\u00fclerinin do\u011fdu\u011fu tarih, yer ve ilk s\u00f6yleyeni genellikle bilinmez (G\u00fcney 1956:10; K\u00fanos 1978:30).<br \/>\nMacar T\u00fcrkolog \u0130.
