M\u0259lum oldu\u011fu kimi, Az\u0259rbaycanda \u0259n q\u0259dim d\u00f6vrl\u0259rd\u0259n h\u0259m Qafqaz, h\u0259m \u0130ran, h\u0259m d\u0259 t\u00fcrk etnoslar\u0131 m\u0259skunla\u015fm\u0131\u015flar. Bu m\u0259skunla\u015fma prosesinin \u00e7oxspektrli yekunu m\u00fcasir Az\u0259rbaycan c\u0259miyy\u0259tidir ki, m\u00fcxt\u0259lif etnoslar\u0131n s\u00fclh, \u0259min-amanl\u0131q, qar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ql\u0131 anla\u015fma \u015f\u0259raitind\u0259 ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n klassik t\u0259cr\u00fcb\u0259l\u0259rind\u0259n birini n\u00fcmayi\u015f etdirir.<\/p>\n<p>Multikulturalizmin Az\u0259rbaycan t\u0259cr\u00fcb\u0259si s\u00fcbut edir ki, m\u00fcxt\u0259lif m\u0259n\u015f\u0259li etnoslar eyni, yaxud ox\u015far etnoqrafik m\u0259kan yaratmaq  imkanlar\u0131na malikdirl\u0259r, \u00f6z dill\u0259rinin \u00fcnsiyy\u0259t sferas\u0131n\u0131 qorumaq \u015f\u0259rtil\u0259 regionda daha geni\u015f yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Az\u0259rbaycan dilind\u0259n \u00fcmumi \u00fcnsiyy\u0259t vasit\u0259si kimi rahat istifad\u0259 edirl\u0259r, h\u0259r bir din t\u0259msil\u00e7isi dig\u0259r dinl\u0259r\u0259 m\u0259nsub olan azl\u0131qlara tamamil\u0259 d\u00f6z\u00fcml\u00fc yana\u015f\u0131r v\u0259 eyni sosial-siyasi m\u00fcnasib\u0259tl\u0259rin subyekti olmaqla Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n v\u0259t\u0259nda\u015f\u0131d\u0131rlar. Ulu \u00f6nd\u0259r Heyd\u0259r \u018fliyevin milli d\u00f6vl\u0259t quruculu\u011fu siyas\u0259tind\u0259 yerli etnoqrafik m\u00fchitl\u0259rin qorunmas\u0131 v\u0259 inki\u015faf etdirilm\u0259si h\u0259mi\u015f\u0259  \u0259sas olub. Bu g\u00fcn is\u0259 yeni tarixi imkanlar \u015f\u0259raitind\u0259 bu siyas\u0259t daha y\u00fcks\u0259k texnologiyalar s\u0259viyy\u0259sind\u0259 davam etdirilm\u0259kd\u0259dir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Haz\u0131rki d\u00f6vrd\u0259  bu siyas\u0259tin davam\u0131 Az\u0259rbaycana n\u0259 nailiyy\u0259tl\u0259r, dividentl\u0259r g\u0259tirir?<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Bu g\u00fcn Heyd\u0259r \u018fliyev siyas\u0259tini Az\u0259rbaycan Prezidenti  \u0130lham \u018fliyev u\u011furla davam v\u0259 inki\u015faf etdirir.  Az\u0259rbaycan t\u0259cr\u00fcb\u0259sind\u0259 multikulturalizmin istinad n\u00f6qt\u0259si, t\u0259bii ki, sivilizasiyan\u0131n m\u0259hsulu v\u0259 subyekti olan insand\u0131r. Sosial-siyasi m\u00fcnasib\u0259tl\u0259r \u201cm\u0259n\u201di inki\u015faf etmi\u015f c\u0259miyy\u0259tl\u0259rd\u0259, h\u0259r \u015feyd\u0259n \u0259vv\u0259l, v\u0259t\u0259nda\u015fd\u0131r. Ona g\u00f6r\u0259 d\u0259 m\u00fcasir d\u00f6vrd\u0259 insan\u0131n \u0259n m\u00fch\u00fcm  g\u00f6st\u0259ricisi m\u0259hz bundan  ibar\u0259tdir ki, h\u0259min \u0259n m\u00fch\u00fcm  g\u00f6st\u0259ricini insan v\u0259 d\u00f6vl\u0259t m\u00fcnasib\u0259tl\u0259ri m\u00fc\u0259yy\u0259n edir. M\u00fcst\u0259qil Az\u0259rbaycan d\u00f6vl\u0259ti, n\u0259 q\u0259d\u0259r g\u0259nc olsa da, Az\u0259rbaycan xalq\u0131n\u0131n, \u00fcmum\u0259n insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n z\u0259ngin tarixi birg\u0259ya\u015fay\u0131\u015f t\u0259cr\u00fcb\u0259sin\u0259 \u0259saslanaraq, insan\u0131n v\u0259 c\u0259miyy\u0259tin \u00e7oxspektrli m\u0259n\u0259vi t\u0259l\u0259bl\u0259rinin \u00f6d\u0259nilm\u0259sind\u0259 \u0259n humanist amil kimi insan\u0131n v\u0259t\u0259nda\u015fl\u0131q d\u00fcnyag\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn m\u00fck\u0259mm\u0259ll\u0259nm\u0259sini t\u0259min edir. B\u00fct\u00f6vl\u00fckd\u0259 is\u0259 Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n multikulturalizm siyas\u0259ti v\u0259 t\u0259cr\u00fcb\u0259si \u00f6z z\u0259ngin \u0259n\u0259n\u0259l\u0259ri  il\u0259 b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada \u00f6yr\u0259nilm\u0259y\u0259 v\u0259 t\u0259tbiq olunma\u011fa tamamil\u0259 layiqdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Nizami m\u00fc\u0259llim, m\u0259lum oldu\u011fu kimi, may ay\u0131n\u0131n 10-da \u00dcmummilli liderimiz Heyd\u0259r \u018fliyevin anadan olmas\u0131n\u0131n 93-c\u00fc  ild\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130st\u0259rdik ki, Ulu \u00f6nd\u0259rimizin Az\u0259rbaycan\u0131n inki\u015faf v\u0259 t\u0259r\u0259qqisi istiqam\u0259tind\u0259ki xidm\u0259tl\u0259ri haqq\u0131nda fikirl\u0259rinizi bildir\u0259siniz\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Bilirsiniz ki, \u00f6t\u0259n \u0259srin 80-ci ill\u0259rinin sonu, 90-c\u0131 ill\u0259rinin \u0259vv\u0259ll\u0259rind\u0259n \u00fcmum\u0259n d\u00fcnyada \u00e7ox b\u00f6y\u00fck hadis\u0259l\u0259r ba\u015f verdi. O c\u00fcml\u0259d\u0259n, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u0259n b\u00f6y\u00fck imperiyas\u0131 olan sovetl\u0259r birliyind\u0259 d\u0259 bu istiqam\u0259td\u0259 hadis\u0259l\u0259r c\u0259r\u0259yan etdi. Sovetl\u0259r birliyinin da\u011f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 birliyin r\u0259hb\u0259rl\u0259ri b\u0259lk\u0259 d\u0259 daha yax\u015f\u0131 proqnozla\u015fd\u0131r\u0131rd\u0131. \u00dcmummilli lider Heyd\u0259r \u018fliyev d\u0259 bel\u0259 bir d\u00f6vrd\u0259 d\u00f6vl\u0259t t\u0259hl\u00fck\u0259sizlik orqanlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rd\u0131 v\u0259 g\u00f6r\u00fcrd\u00fc ki, sovetl\u0259r birliyi daxilind\u0259ki mill\u0259tl\u0259rin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnc\u0259l\u0259ri n\u0259d\u0259n ibar\u0259tdir. Heyd\u0259r \u018fliyev b\u00f6y\u00fck d\u00f6vl\u0259t xadimi oldu\u011funa v\u0259 milli maraqlar\u0131 m\u00fcdafi\u0259 etm\u0259yin texnologiyalar\u0131n\u0131 yax\u015f\u0131 bildiyin\u0259 g\u00f6r\u0259, 1960-c\u0131 ill\u0259rin sonu, 1970-ci ill\u0259rd\u0259 milli inki\u015faf meyill\u0259rinin geni\u015f miqyasda yay\u0131lmas\u0131na nail oldu. Bir m\u00fch\u00fcm m\u0259s\u0259l\u0259 d\u0259 ondan ibar\u0259t idi ki, Ulu \u00f6nd\u0259r Az\u0259rbaycan\u0131 sovetl\u0259r birliyind\u0259 tan\u0131nan bir respublikaya \u00e7evirdi. Heyd\u0259r \u018fliyev b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc toplayaraq d\u00f6vl\u0259t quruculu\u011fundan daha \u00e7ox xalq, mill\u0259t quruculu\u011fu i\u015fin\u0259 diqq\u0259t yetirirdi.
